Won't roll off and in gear.
Going to go take another look at the ramps and ***** and check again to make sure the cable is moving the plates.

Might be a stupid question but did you hold the adjustment rod neutral when you tightened the jam nut? Also, as mentioned earlier, I always on back off 1/4 turn. Perfect clutch every time.

Have you checked for a warped clutch plate?

Same exact thing happened to my bike...almost put it through a wall...LOL...now...
Mine turned out to be caused by us working on the bikes primary over several days with no fluid in it...the clutch plates stuck together from being dry over several days.

We had closed it up and had new fluid in it, but we never exercised the clutch hand grip at all prior to start up. It tried to launch itself with no rider...yikes...
I USED to be bad about starting in gear...not after that...LOL.
Hope it works out.
