Either way, who's going to be the guinea pig?
Stock 110 barrels can be bored out safely to 4.060" (+0.060) for 113". If this kit is just the 96 barrels/cylinders bored to 4", then the sleeve thickness shouldn't be a problem. - Rob

CVO 110 cyl are different and CVO cases are larger so 113 on a CVO 110 sleeve is not as thin as the 96/103 - 110 bore. The only reason the new 110 barrel is safe in a 96/103 case is the new steel construction.

I believe what HD is offering here is a factory upgrade that has a warranty, and EPA blessing.

You should be able to go to the aftermarket and get something that would perform even better, but would not be street legal or have a factory warranty.

Nice to have choices.

Expect there will be a bit more heat with this upgrade, but predict it will be a smooth running, strong pulling motor.

Anyone know why these ( 92500035) are only offered for the '16-up FLS Slims
and '14-up Touring?

I have a '13 FLS and am just curious why HD says the 92500035 kit wont work...

thanks,

T.

I'm sure the HD did extensive testing on their cylinders before offering them in their catalog. How far will people push them with different combos to make the most hp/tq? It will be interesting to see.
