Default Detachable bags work with sissybar?

Are the detachable mounts on the bike capable of running a sissybar AND bags at the same time? (dealer can not even tell me this)..

The standoffs on the rear fender have a single slot and it would look like a wide slot standoff would hold both items.

Does anyone have any first hand knowledge on this setup? Thanks..

I used the Easy Bracket system with the detachable sissy bar on my FB. You just need to order the correct spacers.

I also modified the sissy bar to fit without the indicators being relocated.

The easy bracket system is good because you don't need the lower stay bars as with the HD system.

Ok, looks straight forward enough.. The mounting kit has 2 slots instead of the existing single slot.. I would just do away with the sissy bar but that would not fly well with the Mrs..
Thanks guys..

I have both on my Heritage. They work fine together.

Yes with no problems. Hardly even noticeable when sissybar and bags aren't on.
