So what brand of tires are they? I have 42lbs in the rear and 36 in the front for tire pressure and it works well on my Fatboy. Tar snakes make a bike feel twitchy no matter what tire you use. I'd just ask the dealer if the tires were put on there and if so what balance medium was used.

I never did like the looks of weights on my bike rims so this is what I've used for years. It is duo purpose, balancing and also repairs/plugs small leaks if your tires should get some.

Well, if you have a bike lift get it up in the air and spin the wheels slowly. If there are Dyna Beads in there you will hear them moving around… Make sure it's quiet…

Anybody have a problem with Dyna Beads when checking tire pressure?
If the stem is at the bottom of the tire, air starts coming out as soon as I put the tire gauge on and will not stop. I assume because the beads are at the bottom of the tire, they somehow plug the stem.
I have to have the stem a 9 or 3 position.

Tires are Shenko 233 Tour Masters 130 90 16 on both ends. I don't know if I said yet but right now I have 36psi front and back, I've been playing with different pressures. max pressure per the sidewall is 42psi. If it matters I'm about 225lbs.

Also I looked a little closer today and did find one weight on the rear rim. Bone head... Still nothing on the front.

I run the same pressure.

As others have also suggested, .... it doesn't sound like you have a wheel balancing problem.

Not for nothing, but I put new Metzlers on my FXSTC last fall, and did not put any weights on either end.Have had it to 90+ with no hop/wobble/nothing.Even when I swapped to the fat spoke front earlier this year, with a 120/70 Metz...still no weight......still no issues. That said, when I put Shinkos on my Sporty last month, they were a booger to balance, and will soon be getting Ride-on balanced.May be the manufacturer, but I agree a balance issue would be noticeable most anywhere.
