I won't give you too much **** for getting a softail...
Honestly, your Dyna was part of the reason I wanted to go a similar style. I'll try to not be hurt.
However, of the softails, this one is my favorite. I like the all blacked out look and that green looks great in photos, at least.
I've ridden the slim and dragged the holy living hell out of those floor boards. There's no way I could ride that bike now. I drag all the time on my Dyna.
You gotta do at least a stage one and awaken that 110!
Put some of these on it! I just put some on my sportster. They're pretty good and very affordable. They'd really help with that classic style that bike has.

How long are your legs? Inseam and overall height?

The Slim is entirely different. The seat height is like sitting in the floor, but I'm adapting. I put 120 miles on it today and started feeling one with it. I have dragged the boards a few times, but they're catalogue items, so I'm not too concerned. HD has some shocks that raise it 1". I'll give it a few months before I decide. Honestly, even with the 110, I find that I ride almost at the speed limit without feeling weird. The Dyna, and the cafe Sportster just hated loping along. This thing just feels natural at cruising speeds. That's probably a good thing considering my recent history with the PoPo.
Believe it or not, this bike needs very few mods, functionally or aesthetically. HD skimped only in the right places. The grips are the cheap plastic standards, but every rider uses different grips.
The cans have that's, so they aren't elaborate. I'll look into the Drag Specialties link.
Thanks for dropping in and the respect is reciprocated.
