So, I just picked up a 2016 Fat Boy S. I’m trying to install a set of black short shots on it, but I’ve run into an issue: the oxygen sensors won’t fit in the ports. I ordered off of Amazon and used the Amazon fitment tool that you put your vehicle info into and it tells you what fits. This is after I almost ordered the same exhaust from Revzilla. In fact, I used The V&H part number found on Revzilla to confirm I was ordering the correct part on Amazon.
Anyway, after I had problems with the O2 sensors, I decided to double-check the part number directly on V&H’s website - it was different! Although, the weird part is they didn’t even have Fat Boy S as an option, so I checked both the regular Fat Boy and Lo.
This is probably asking a lot, but for those of you with Fat Boy S’s, and have black short shots, would any of you happen to know/ remember what the part # was for your exhaust? For instance, Amazon and Revzilla have V&H #47225 for my bike, but V&H’s website was part #47221.
Did anybody have the same issue where they had trouble with the O2 sensors seeming like they were too big to fit in the new exhaust?

How do you like your Daymaker headlight? Was also wondering if you had to change your BCM setting; Dual Halogen Mode versus Standard Mode.
Here is a couple pics of my Softail Slim S on my afternoon ride. I installed the Daymaker headlight and Mustang wide solo seat this morning and thought I'd giver her a run. I just hit 200 miles and something just clicked (literally) as I was riding back into town. Some of the louder engine noises just smoothed out. I'm not sure if those noises are common for new engines, but the motor noise is noticeably quieter now. It sounds great!
I have a set of Super Radius pipes coming on Monday. Will be a good week.
