Fatboy: SoCal/Vicla style?
Hello Everyone, I noticed that there's not much Fatboys with the SoCal/Vicla style, is it because it's not a good platform for the style? I've seen some Fatboys with this style but they were pre-200mm rear tire. Im just assuming that the Deluxe and the Heritage Softails are what people are using because there's not much to do with this style and they already have white walls. But im not a fan of the skinny rear tires that's why i got the fatboy. I know, skinny tires is what makes it classic back in the day but I wanted more rubber on the road. Don't get me wrong, the Deluxe and the Heritage are beautiful bikes but everytime I look at the rear-end I just can't stand how it looked (my PERSONAL PREFERENCE).
And by the way, I just ordered Samson 39" Cholos and sold my Vance and Hines BigShots. I also ordered a heritage front fender to replace my current.

I've since lowered my bike too at 1.5" using softail lowering collars and will be putting Carlini Flying Apes 1.5" with 14" rise but they're currently on backorder. They directed me to Viscious Cyle works but they're asking $399 for the bars with $273 DHL shipping. So pass... Anyone with 14" chrome flying apes they want to get rid, please chime in.

Apes: Not for me.
Whitewalls: Not sure about those.
Spokes: Never. I love the iconic Fatboy solid wheel.
Fishtails: Hmmm. Maybe someday.

Sounds like Vicla ain't your thing. Its not for every one, that's for sure. I Vicla'ed my 150 tire Fat Boy to high heaven, then sold it. Did it again to my Road King, and Then went another direction. It's all about what makes you happy.
