Default 95 FLSTN circuit breakers

I have a 95 FLSTN and seek help. My negative battery connection loosened itself and appears to have affected one or several of the circuit breakers. Symptoms: low beam does not work, high does. Light for speedometer, left had turn signal sights, rear brake lights all are out. I have a Clymer manual with a wiring diagram...it looks like 2 of the circuit breakers may be the problem...the accessory and light breakers. The bike starts and runs; only these lights don't work. I have located the 3 circuit breakers near the on/off switch; between the gas tank halves. Two of the circuit breakers are facing outward; a third appears to be attached to the back of the top breaker. How do I replace these? Do I need to remove the plate which the ignition knop and speedometer are bolted to? How do I do this? I am stuck! Any advice you could provide would be appreciated. My home email is gobibeige@yahoo.com Thanks,
Rob in Las Vegas.
