I bought a 2001 heritage springer, today, and saved it from being parted out. I'll post pictures, after I get home.
I think I scored, as I paid $4,300.00

Now I have to rethink what I'm doing with my crossbones.

 

Now give it the TLC and justice it deserves!

Carb. It's gonna get some love. Going to tear it completely down, clean it, rebuild the engine. It will be sweet. I need some new bags, though.

I "think" someone had a set posted in the classified area on there as well - but that forum is AWESOME for info and help - the folks there know their stuff... very helpful, I have learned a ton from those folks.

 

Carb is cool - and it is a twinkie - good motor. Purple is a sought after color too, you have a great winter project! Love it!

I just bought a 1997 Old Boy Springer - coming from OK, should be here in a few weeks... awesome bikes, you are going to LOVE your Springer!

I am a member on HSOA. I'm not on there as much as I should. There are many helpful people there, and here. Joe G., is especially helpful. I will post over there soon. I'm going to take stock tomorrow. And see what I need. I just ordered a service manual. I'll, also, post pictures of the progress i make. It's going to be a great project! Post some pics, when you get it!
