Cool, sounds good. thanks again for the info on the cams I'm fairly sure I'm going with the SE204, but probably do a damper and spring upgrade on the front first!!

Many good cams around but bet you won't regret SE-204.
Regarding front springs personally I went with Progressive, stock length. Front end is firmer, no more erratic bouncing, pegs scraping highly reduced, excessive diving while braking solved, sharper trajectories and cornering. Riding is still comfortable and got more confidence with bike reaction being easier to predict and handle.

Really, ok I was thinking of the LA Dog upgrade, what kind of install is the Progressive
and how much does it run?

LA-Dog upgrade is quite effective too, so is just a matter of taste.
Being overseas it was easier for me to install Progressive springs than ordering various parts. Honestly dunno labor times and costs as they were embedded in a series of mods I had at the same time. Guess should be about 2-3 hours though.

Well I got the rear wheel back on with the Metzeler 880 Marathon 260mm mounted on it, but I got a late start and will have to finish popping the caliper back on tomorrow. It fit no problem just like I heard it would. The 260 vs. 240mm stock Dunlop is a little deceiving because of the shape of the Metz. it only actually measured 6.5mm wider side to side if you a straight line across the top of the tires, that's just over a 1/4 inch, but since it comes to more of a peak in the center and it's not as flat faced as the Dunlop, if you measure up and over the tire you get the extra 20mm. If that makes sense??? Anyway I got my axel caps installed with the new axel nut and washers, and think they look good!
I'll see how the new tire does tomorrow!! Next mod CAMS!!! !! time to choose, leaning towards Andrews 37H or SE204 right now??

As of now, I think the Andrews 37H or the SE 204 cams is where I'm heading!! Both very similar specs, the 37H has a little more lift 510 vs. 508 both are 236/240 duration the 37H is at and 18/38 intake open/close vs. 22/34 for the SE. and exhaust is 46/14 vs. 52/08. If you've used either in your 103? let me know what you think..

Hey thanks, that # is what they call "standard" on there web site. Just wanted to be sure I get the same springs your running. After a little more research, I'm sure this is just what I need, easy install and I'll save a few bucks!! Glad you pointed out that option. Its great getting an opinion from a BO owner that's done a mod, rather than just hoping it will work well for my bike. Ordering tomorrow!! Thanks again..

The Progressive web site says they fit, even though they transferred the order to J.P. Cycles which tells you it wont??? lol. but they were $10 less than the Progressive site at J.P.!!
