You can do the same thing with the Samsons, just wrap some matting around the baffle in combo with the TTI's and it will quiet down quite a bit.

Both Samson and V&H are decent exhaust systems. You can argue all day long which is better. Each have their following.
One main advantage of Samson over V&H is the lengths offered. V&H only has a 28.5" fishtail and it's only available in chrome only. That's it. Samson has 23", 28.5" 33", 36" and 39" lengths available in chrome or black finish.
The main disadvantage of Samson (putting wait times aside), as Kevin of DK Custom fame noted, is the angled shifter rod that is required. The upside is that Samson includes the shifter rod with their exhaust.

Word of warning: I just bought a set of 33" Samson true dual fishtail exhaust. I opened the box, this morning, and both brackets and the shifter rod were missing. Needless to say, I tried calling them, and they must be closed for Thanksgiving. Dennis Kirk is trying to help me out. So,hopefully, this will get resolved, in a timely manner. But, it's bullshit, they should work on inspecting product before they ship it. Crazy, man.
