Default Pro Tuner settings

In Australia our later model softails have an active exhaust valve and air intake valve. The 2015 model, 103ci, stage 1 tune file in the Screaming Eagle Pro Tuner, has the ACR turned off as a default, does anyone know the reasoning behind this?
Also, I can't see any provision for turning off the Active Exhaust Valve or the Air Intake Valve within the Tuner. I know you can wedge the exhaust valve open, but I'd like to turn it off.
Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated

I had my dealer install something like a bypass connector/switch for the exhaust valve to keep it open. Cost me € 20,- would be like AUD 30,-

Check google for "exhaust valve eliminator" or

The ACR (Auto Compression Release) is off because a stock engine does not have them installed. I kinda doubt that you have pulled the heads and machined them for ACR's if you are only looking at a Stage One tune. However if you have installed them and the appropriate harnesses then you will need to switch that function to on before you flash your new tune to the bike. As far as the Active Exhaust Valve and Air Intake Valve, I have no experience with that.

I recently encountered this on a 2015 Fatboy that I was asked to install a stage 1 on. V&H pipes and a Big Sucker Intake. Had to do a lot of research on Active Intake and Exhaust. In 2011 Harley installed these items on all Export (5HD) models to meet emission and sound level requirements of Australia and European countries. These two features really rob the bike of power.

With Active Intake (Enabled), intake air is restricted at idle and the duration that the fuel injectors are open is shortened. When installing an aftermarket intake it is imperative to disable this ECM function. The new Vance and Hines Fuel Pak allows disabling of the Active Intake and Exhaust. I completely removed the intake and the exhaust to include the servo motor connected to the exhaust butterfly. After installing the new pipes, intake, re-mapping the ECM and disabling the active intake/exhaust, the bike came alive and ran like a raped ape.

Johnl111, in you need more info, I have photos of this modification. Shoot me a mail at olongapo2@gmail.com

I have got a 2008 european softail rocker c and the bike have the active exhaust and the active air intake. I changed the air cleaner and I installed aftermarket exhaust, I removed the servo motor and with the power vision, I disabled the active exhaust and the active air intake.

SLV.. I was wondering the same... ???? I'd bet a Google search would clear it up...!!

I know my 07 - 96''er doesn't have them..

A bit too much diff between the 96''ers which I know more about than the newer 103's which I know little about for me to made a comment them
