That is freaking nice man!
The one thing I wish I had done on mine was go with the 18x5.5" rear instead of the 18x4.25" that I went with.

Yeah, the 18" wheel in back allows it to sink into the fender easier than when its a 16". And you can get a fatter rear tire too.
I left mine at 16" cuz I wanted to re-use my tire since it was new.

Does a 5.5 rear fit? I've always used 18x4.25 with a 150/70/18. There isn't a whole lot of room with a 18x4.25
Oh if your looking for a 18 rear WW, hit me up. Got a guy at DB that does them. They are wide too, almost 1 "

I played it conservative on mine when I ordered my wheels and went with 18x4.25" with a 140/60-18 but after I stuffed it in there and adjusted everything I have plenty of room and should've went with the 18x5.5" wheel and 150/70-18 skin... I'm considering ordering another wheel and tire now LOL

@JC0311 Did you have to do any Modifications to fit that 18x5.5 to the rear of your Deluxe. You did a great job. I have a 2014 Deluxe and I am feeling your idea. I have 16' chubby apes all chromed out, freedom fishtail exhaust. My next step is Wheels and I like the look of your bike. Please let me know
Thanks

We don't see enough non-black leather. I think your project looks awesome!
