I wouldn't do it
It wouldn't handle right.
When I was doing allot of freeway riding, and the
back tire would wear flat in the center, I could feel
it affecting the handling.
New tire and "Aaaaah"
Rides right again.

Wow. That's the first I've ever heard of or seen this. So what is the advantage of putting car tires on a 2 wheel motorcycle?

Good read from one individual. Don't think I will converting to the dark side though. To each their own. If it works for you then keep at it. For me, I'll keep replacing my motorcycle tires every year or as needed.
