I wouldn't do it
It wouldn't handle right.
When I was doing allot of freeway riding, and the
back tire would wear flat in the center, I could feel
it affecting the handling.
New tire and "Aaaaah"
Rides right again.

Wow. That's the first I've ever heard of or seen this. So what is the advantage of putting car tires on a 2 wheel motorcycle?
