Buy them. They'll look awesome. However, those wheels probably won't fit your bike if they are off a new heritage. I'm pretty sure the bearing size will be different. Unless you are planning on taking the tires off and remounting them. Then you're set.
Bathroom scrubbing bubbles and a rag. No problems. Yes, go whitewalls, worth the effort just like most anything in life.
Yup, that's what Uncle G. uses to keep his whitewalls white. Easy, really. Put the bike on a lift, spray one side at a time and wipe. All the brake dust melts right off. Doesn't hurt the chrome a bit.
My heritage is on the jack right now getting the tires changed to WWW. Hopefully have everything done by tomorrow..Thanks for the scrubbing bubbles tip..no matter how hard I tryed not to, I still got grease on them from my hands.

A bit of WD-40 sprayed on a rag will remove the grease.
I'll add that if you stay on top of the whitewalls and clean them on a pretty regular basis, they're not difficult to keep clean at all...even the back ones, provided you jack up the rear end of the bike.
I just spin the wheel and run a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser over them, and voila...bright white again.
