Ticking noise when alarm sets

2007 FLSTC

For some reason now when the alarm on my bike sets there is a continuous ticking noise coming from some where. Anyone have this problem and know what it is?

Turn the bike on it goes away when the lights flash and alarm sets it starts.

Is it up under rear fender in front of rear wheel behind that plastic shield?
