They are 16" rims from a 2007. Will they fit my 2000 Heritage without modification?

 

As long as the axle's the same.

 

I don't know if the axels are the same on 00 and 07. Anyone?

NAPA can fit bearings to the hub . another variable is hub offset.

 

I put 2013 v rod muscle wheels on my 02...the 13 had 25 mm an the 02 had 1". you can go to a bearing supplier an find the correct inside diameter ones. You can probably run a 25 mm front axle an spacers, a lot of v rod guys do this. some use 1" bearings in the newer wheels an just space them. the pocket depth is a little different but they make it work, might need a chrome cap to cover the spacer an any bearing that sticks out or is recessed.
