Default Curved pullback risers

Looking at buying the HD curved pullback risers for a 2015 Fat boy.
The part number is 56267-009. These are 6" tall with a 1.7 pullback.
What I would like to know is if you have put these on your FB and if the stock cables fit?

I have put 4" risers on a bike before using stock cables but not this large a riser.

I did 4" pullbacks and the brake cable ws tight but OK when turning full left as I remember. 6" will most likely be tight but then you may be able to loosen up some of the way.
