I wouldn't trade the riding in So Cal for anything. 10 miles from my house to the beach through the canyons just can't be beat. PCH is perfect when the valley gets hot. If you want country roads head up to Ojai. AND we ride ALL YEAR LONG. I can bitch about almost ANYTHING else in Cali but not the riding. Just my .02 😎

Because of my wife's job and the hours she works...4 on-2 off...and the rainy weather, we haven't taken an all day ride this month. Sad but true.

Don't complain....cause of the bad rainy weather I was not able to ride more than 3 days within the last 6 weeks

At one point during the ride I went about 45 minutes without seeing an automobile and the houses were miles apart, loved it. This used to be common around here but for some reason everyone is moving to this area and building housing developments (sub divisions) hate it.

What we should have done was head toward each other and then somewhere to ride in the middle. I normally do take some pics but my son was taking me out when he got off work so I didn't stop much.

If you ever want to meet around Crossville shoot me a PM. We could ride up toward the Catoosa WMA.
