Thanks Brother I will let you know. I changed the battery, cleaned both ends of each cable. Went i got this bike a couple of years ago it had a bad relay fuse connection and the symptoms now are the same as they were then, so I replaced relay fuse, battery, cleaned cables and didnt solve problem. I think the problem is solved when the bike is running better than ever, then as soon as bike get runnng temp and its hot out there she goes again. So I will try New Voltage Regulator being it makes sense it could be Intermittent Thermal Problem with Vol Reg. And of course I have a Chrome Cover on it which makes it even hotter.

Well i put New Voltage Regulator on and it didnt solve the problem, as soon as bike gets Hot (riding Temp) runs like it miss firing, speedo goes to zero, gas gauge goes to empty, did notice head lights dim and brighten when i rive motor up. I think its an electrical short just have know idea where to look.

Cant understand why it only does it after bike gets to Riding Temp, seems like if i had a short somewhere it would be there Hot or Cold.

Agreed!
Really reminded me of my wifes sporty. Same issues.
Get rid of five year old batt, replace VR and all dood.

Sure your plugs are the correct heat range?
Maybe clean contacts on solinoid. That might cause weaknesses with voltage reg. Just a thought.

I had a 02 fatboy, had about 50K on it an I went out one day and everything cut off and I made it into a parking lot. Did get it started and made it home, did it a few more times and it turned out being the ignition switch, the copper contact points where corroded . I took it apart and clean them with sand paper until I could replace. By the way, after I cleaned it, problem stopped but I replaced about two week later with the new one
