Default Need "Throaty" Slip On Recommendation: Heritage

All,

I need a recommendation for slip-ons for my 2016 Heritage.

The V&H are nice, but I'm looking for something more deep and throaty sounding. V&H sound a bit "sharp" without the lower rich sound.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Rush slip ons are pretty popular with folks here. They have interchangeable baffles too.

If you already have the V&H then check out the quiet baffles, they produce a better tone.

I've heard if you order the 1.75 Baffles that they are a bit quiet at first, but after a few thousand miles they get louder. I heard the 2.0's do the same thing but almost get a bit too loud over time. Is that true?

Send your quality stock mufflers, or exchange them with American Custom Exhaust and order the street friendly baffles. This will allow you to change the baffles out in a couple of minutes for 2 different sounds, both deep and throaty. You will be happy with this sound and retain a quality muffler body.

The 2.0" Rush baffles sound deeper with less "crack" on acceleration then the 1.75's. The performance on the 2" is better also. The ACE mufflers will sound better. The Freedom Performance Signature mufflers have a deeper sound then the Rush mufflers and come with billet tips.
