Help! Replacing the bars/cables/electrical/etc.
Okay guys, I'm attempting to tackle replacing the bars with some higher ones which will require new cables, extending electrical lines, replacing the front brake line, and installing new grips.
I've purchased the bars, new grips, the Magnum kit which includes new cables, brake line, electrical lines, etc.
Here's what I've done so far which isn't a lot.
I've removes the bolt and screw that hold the tank in place and I've disconnected the fuel pump lead and the main fuel line.
The tank has moved back enough to reach the electrical connectors and they are disconnected. I can remove the bars and rewire the electrical wiring.
My next step is to replace the clutch cable and the throttle cables and that where I need some help. Can anyone give me some instructions on this? I check the service manual and it's really not much help.
Thanks in advance!

Dude if you got that far the rest is still pretty dang easy.
I don't know what exhaust you have, but I had to pull my exhaust off to change my clutch cable.
Put slack in the line at the adjustment section of the clutch cable (thats the section covered by the rubber boot)
First back off the locknut and then adjust out until the cable is totally slack.
take off the clutch cover and the rest you'll figure out.

Thanks! I was able to dove into it today and am about 2/3 finished. Cables have been run. Clutch is finished. Electrical is finished. Brake line is hooked up but needs to be bled. Need to finish up the throttle cables at the bars, then mount the bar-end mirrors, and reinstall the stage 2 air kit.
