Ah - they're a dutch company, so maybe only do certain systems in the US

I used US proxy server to test, and yeah, the site's geo-locked, so you get different content for the US

So, yes they do Softails, but no, you US chaps can't see them.

I am having the same issues as others trying to access the site for the exhaust system. Not showing the option for a Softail like in your screen shot.
