Last dollar spend at Eastern Performance after Magnum Cable issue!!!

Magnum stands behind their stuff. All my cables came directly from them and their service was excellent - even calling me to correct an error I made in my order. Sounds to me like your only real beef is with Eastern Perf.

That sucks man, sorry you had a issue. We have installed over 100 cables from Magnum and never had an issue. IMO, the proper way to handle the issue is to take your credit card info and send you a replacement asap, then if you didn't return the damaged cable, charge you for the second one. That is the hard part about doing business online or over the phone, the business can't just mail out unpaid for parts. If that issue happened at my shop I would have exchanged the cable for you and then dealt with Magnum directly...
