Default Help with LED turn signals

Purchased set of Custom Dynamics LED blinkers for my 2016 Slim S that plug into bulb socket and two of them won't turn in the socket, they push in far enough but that's it. Anyone else have this problem, if so what did you do?

No offense, but make sure they are oriented correctly.

Make sure you are aligning the the pins correctly, one is set further up the base than the other so the bulb is correctly oriented.

No offense taken, the first two went in easy, got one front one and one rear one that are stubborn. part of the problem is there isn't much to grab to turn it almost feels like socket is pushed too far back.I'm gonna call them later & hopefully they can help me out.
