Enjoy and congrats. My first bike was a '00 Fatboy Green/Black and have since traded it off for a new '17 Slim S OGD. I liked it until I sat on the Slim.........The rest is history.

A definite step up. I bought a new Fat Boy in 2002. Still riding it to this day. I've since had a 2013 Switchback, a 2008 Ultra Classic and a 2014 Street Glide. They all sat in the garage way more than the Fat Boy ever did.
Now I've got a 2001 low mile RK for backup/cooler weather riding. Again, this will sit idle more often than not while the Fat Boy is burning up the highway.
