Default Aux light bar with Led turn signals

Hey all .. i am installing a aux turn signal light and turn signal kit

my question i have is i have the LED turn signals installed and would like to keep them

and am wondering how to get the all thread stalk out of the bulb style they sent with the kit .. and 2 do i need the grey wire going through it ?

this is on a 2011 fatboy

I just went through this. You need different signals. Kuryakyn 5011's.

HA .. great .. harley assured me they would work ... well .. does the 5011's come with the all thread stem or do i need to remove that from the stuff they sent me ? if so how do i do that .. them seem pretty in there

No, the stock signals that attach to the spot bolts have a specific type mount and are the flat (fugly) type. The only bullet type I found that would work needed the special mount and I could only find the ones I mentioned.

That top nipple comes off the attach to the spot bolt.

ah thats what im concerned about .. mine has a long all thread from the turn signal that goes up into the spot and you just attach them with a nut inside of the spot

My spots have the bolt and the signals attach to them. Not the other way around.
