when working with spokes and the 200 tire setup you need to make sure there is enough clearance for the brake to fit since it sits inside the wheel. i would not risk buying it without speaking to the seller to find out if it fits for sure.
With the 18" wheel you will be good with caliper clearances. Depending on width of hub offset spacer changes,hub and axle might have to be made but that's about it. I'm assuming you have the 7/8" belt.
