Default 2009 Heritage

New boy to harley and have touched down already, so i would like to raise the ground clearance (preload) and set it up for my weight of 220lbs. Is there a chart to help understand the amount of turns on the chart according to load

Do you have the owner manual or access to one? I think you can access the manual by keying your vin number into the Harley website

Not sure about raising the ground clearance.
But attached is the shock adjustment procedure.
