Yea, hand levers.

I see there is a trick to protect the brake switch, but otherwise seems like an easy swap.
Just saw this post. If you want /can cancel your order, I have the original lever from my 2010 FB. Swaped it out for black before taking delivery. You can have it free , you pay shipping.

Thanks Sire, thats awesome of you!
It already shipped, but I only paid 10 bucks for it and got free shipping.

Seriously, I appreciate it!

How was installing it? Looks like I have to remove the turn signal, place shim, pull the snapring, pull the pin, slide lever out, replace.

How can I be extra cautious with the brake switch? I definitely don't want to brake that.

be careful when taking off the little ring to remove the pin, those little suckers fly off and you'll never find it.

Yeah, I'm gonna order more some to have on hand. Looks like the passenger pegs use the same ones and I ordered some kuryakyn mini boards for the girlfriend.

i don't bother with those pins for foot pegs. i just use a regular nut and bolt. since i don't put them down unless she's on the bike, then they stay up tight

Hey NP , just trying to help out, glad you got it cheap. I Had the dealer do the install, but yes, you have to be careful with the brake switch and pins. I'm sure it's not that complicated.
