Default Who makes the best chrome oil tank?

I trying to find a chrome oil tank for my 05 softail and all I can find is aftermarket, Harley don't seem to sell them. So my question is ho make the best quality chrome oil tanks, I've seen v- twin and drag special sell one.

I am sure you can get one from Harley. I would get a Harley one unless you are going for a different shape.

Harley will sell you one. You won't find it online in the accessory catalog. A counter guy can break out parts book for the correct number

I have a 2005 softail standard with the black oil tank. The black paint started to come off and underneath it is chrome. I put paint stripper on it and now I have a chrome oil tank. The dealer says all tanks are chrome to begin with.

My 05 standard did the same thing, the powdercoat was coming off, so I removed the tank and removed all the powdercoating. Now all chrome!
