RE: where to install PCIII
My opinion, keep the PC under the seat where it's safe from harm.... So a expensive$300 mistake, trying to think outside the bun.... This is why I ended up with TWO plastic trays.....

I tried this too. It worked for about 50 miles, until my PCIII unit shifted and rested up against my spinningdrive belt!! The drive belt shredded the pi$$ out of the PCIII plastic case, and caused all kinds of engine fuel delivery problems..... stalling, engine running ok, then just dying, then start right back up, and so on. It didn't take me long to figure out what happened.

as far as the relay. I posted before. just roto zip off the top part that mounts to the bike. then the relays will at least be supported together on the back plate. I push the plate and relays down. hope that make sense

Good idea about roto zipping the top part of the bracket off it keeps the lid more stable. Is everyone plugging the 9volt power hole or are you leaving the cord plugged in. I plugged it but its a b***h to get at if I want to use the battery for changes. I also routed my usb cable for easy access.
