RJS Shields on a Heritage
Hi ya'll,
I finally got around to installing the RJSOriginals heat shieldson my 2007 Heritage this past weekend. I bought them back in August, but haven't been riding too much, other than to work, due to some things happening around the home.
The shields were very easy to install and only took about 45 minutes. The next day, the wife and I took a 200+ mile ridewith a large group, with air tempsaround 92 degrees and we both noticed a big difference. The oil temp on the Heritage was running about 240 degrees, and while I did feel some heat off the right side,it was nothing like the searing heat on my right thigh that was there before.
Thanks RJ - you make a great product!
