Default Rare paint scheme?

hey all, i bought my dads 90 sorftail standard from him this spring and im wondering if maybe there was a limited production of standards in this year or maybe i have a rare paint scheme. google pic searches turn up an abundant amount of customs, but no standards. i still have yet to see a paint scheme like it for the ten years that my dad or i have owned the bike. what do you think?? im sure the paint is original and the original 1990 HD pamphlet(sp) shows my paint. heres a pic. thanks!

I dont really think the bike is rare, but it looks real good and is still in great shape. Evos are still fairly easy to find.Looks like you have some oil leaks...check it often and enjoy the ride!

1999 was the first year the "standard" was an actual model. back in '90 it was just a softail. although there was an FXST, there was no such thing as a 1990 softail "standard."
