Yea I posted something about a week ago about this too. Got no replies. I was trying to find out what if any of the screaming eagle seat hardware work for the later fatboy's.
If I find something I'll let you know, cause I'm looking to do something as well.

Chrome fender bibs for Fatboy
I recently purchased a chrome fender bib but at the time had no idea what it was for sure. I purchased it on EBay to cover the holes that some idiot drilled in the rear fender of a Sportster I bought. It is a great piece and had never been installed on a bike, but does not really fit my fender as I had hoped.
I took it to my local Harley dealer and asked the parts guy if he knew if it was even a Harley part and what did it fit.
Here is the scoop:
"Pillion, Chrome Kit" P/N 51829-06A
Fits 07' and newer FLSTF, also 06' & newer FX Models except FXSTD
Retails for $340 - $413 depending on where you can find it.
