16 inch Carlini Gangster Apes, high roller risers, stainless Barnett cables. Cables were ordered directly from Carlini. I'm 5-10 and 3/4 and the bars sit just above my shoulders. Extremely comfortable taking lots of pressure off my lower back.

nice job with it. I particularly like the lower front cowling.

 

Thanks. The lower cowling was installed by the guy I bought the bike from. It was originally a solid piece but he had a machinist friend of his cut the openings on the sides and add stainless mesh behind it. He did an excellent job on it, I thought it was factory.
