Try here;
http://www.jirehcycles.com/
They sell Ultima frames, supposed to be one of the better makers and reasonably (for Harley) priced.

RE: Need an aftermarket frame for 07 Night Train
I used a frame from Rolling Thunder Frames (www.rollingthunderframes.com) to build a bike from a wrecked Fatboy. See the thread at https://www.hdforums.com/m_2454223/tm.htm. They are not the most inexpensive frame out there, but it is top quality and the fitting of the stock HD parts to the frame went incredibly easy. The only odd thing on it was that they used the oil tank mounting bracked from a pre-2000 bike, so I would ask them about that if you intend to use the '07 oil tank. It was easy to make an extension bracket so that I could use the '04 Fatboy tank and lines. Sam at Rolling Thunder was extremely helpful with all my dumb questions before I even ordered the frame and was helpful thoughout the whole build! Every part on my bike except the frame, forks, pipes and mirrors are either the stock parts off the Fatboy are HD accessories. I even used the swingarm from the Fatboy! They are definately worth a look!
