After being disapointedin buying the Sundowner Seat from my recent tripin Arizona, and hearing back from Mean City Cycles that the Fatboy/Heritage Sundowner seat is the "only" Sundowner that is "unmodifiable", I decided to take a stab at the Mammoth Choppers seats today and bought a "Crack Attack" Scribed today. Should be here in a couple of days. Has anyone here put one of these on there bike? Any comments good or bad?

Yea, you know I get that alot and the reason I got it was cause how highly it was recommended especially here on the boards, but I should have talked about it with Fatboy/Heritage owners specifically because according to guy on here that repacks/
re-configs seats, that version of the sundowner is "very different" than ALL of the others
and is the only version of the sundowner that he cannot modify at all

 

Ah, well that would make sense, except for why Harley would do something like that.

 

Johnny, there is a member by the name of rick (taht's it, just rick) that has a Mammaoth Choppers seat on his Fatboy. You could try PM'ing him.

 

The sundowner for the fatboy/heritage are completely differant from the other models....No idea why but HD really flubbed that design up
