Default New rear fender.

ok here's my sitiuation. i have an 06 springer fxstsi, but i'm not a big fan of the rear fender. i like the heartland kit but find ita bitof pricey, my question is has any one here pieced together curved fender struts with a new fender? and if so where did you purchase the the items? thanks

Mojo, I'm not sure what a Heartland fender kit looks like, but you could get a fender such as a full fender as on the Heritage, Fatboy or Deluxe and chop it up. I have a Heritage fender I may want to sell (I replaced it due to some damage). Let me know if you're interested.

I too am looking for a new rear fender. Look at hogpro.com they have a good looking bolt on fender. Still a little pricey though.

I'd like to buy an extra fatboy rear fender and chop it up a bit. I'd like it to be a lot shorter to expose the 200 tire and maybe have it cut to a point in the middle. I'd also like to get rid of the fender struts in the process. Sounds like a good plan for next winter...
