1995 Fatboy - What's it worth??
Hey
Newbie to HD Forum here - awesome site!!
I have a chance to purchase a1995 Fatboy with nothing really special on it - pretty much stock with stage 1 kit - 15,391 actual miles and does not drip any oil - the bottom of the bikes doesn't even have any oil on it. This is the second owner has owned it since 2002 and has taken pretty good care of it.
I absolutely LOVE the Fatboy - and I offered $9,200 for it and they accepted. Good deal? Should I get a newer Fatboy? I just bought a 1999 Softail Custom for 8,500 with only 7 K miles in it - so would have to sell this one.
Thanks in advance...

RE: 1995 Fatboy - What's it worth??
Well I 've been watching the market pretty close for about 11 months . Bought and sold a few bikes til I settled for my new one. My Wife got a '98 Heritage all decked out with chrome, 10,000 miles for $10,000. The price is fair for both parties. I'll tell ya though you could get that bike for less, right place right time. But your not being taken. A lot of folks love the old EVO but yet equally many folks love the new stuff.......twin cam, more CI, 6 speed. Lots of factors to look at. Bottom line if you want it , feels right price to you. Buy it.
