WTK: Which 7 Inch Headlights will fit the Night Train?
In a recent issue of Barnette's magazine, I saw a Night Train with a 7" Fatboy headlight.
I would assume (bad of me) that the 7" may put out a little more light than the 5-3/4" stock Softail light.
Is this correct?
And if so ... which models will fit the Softail? Roadking, Touring or ... ?

Not really, they both use the same internal bulb (H4) so the light generated is the same, assuming the same make/model bulb is in it.
Because of its larger reflector the larger headlight "might" use or focus the light better, but that's debatable. A good quality small headlight will put out as much or more light where you can use it as the biggestrun of the mill one will.
The only way to really get more light out front is to use better, higher power bulbs, a second assembly. Like the Fatbob or other dual headlight setup. Or just go all the way to an HID setup.
BTW I think the Fatbob dual headlight would look really nice on your Softail.

Its the new dual headlight they are putting on the Dyna Fatbob's.
Can't remember who did it right now, but someone put one on his Custom and it looks really nice, but I think it would look even better on yours, cause yours looks like a Softail version of the Fatbob.

Its not cheap, but you can get better prices other places than the dealer, and I believe that Headwinds also makes a dual light assembly.
