Default Rocker in person...Underwhelming

Stopped into local stealer today, and they had a Black Rocker Custom .
I have to say I think it was alot of fuss about nothing.
I was suprised at how small it looks.

Looks like a customized Deuce.

Most everyone gave it no more than a passing glance as they walked by.

I saw one at the dealer yesterday, I wasn't impressed. All the hype and waiting. Not my style.

I just got back from the dealership, I was picking up my Deluxe after a cam install. I asked if they had a Rocker, The serice guys lead me into the shop to see the only one they have. It already had damageon the rear fender from it hitting the pull ring for the folding pass. seat. I was not impressed either.

I haven't seen one (in person) yet. Just don't see it. Look's buttugly in the pics. What a shame too. The Deuce was a nice looking motorcycle.
My buddy has a red one. Bone stock, except for the seat. But it's sharp !! That Rocker though ?????? I guess I like the fat rear tire.

My opinion (which that & 75 cents will get you a newspaper) is the newest best looking Harley is the FatBob.

I went in to see the C in person today as well. It was hard to see with all the groupies standing around it. But I agree it was very underwhelming. But the side shots of it dont do it justice. At six feet, I didnt see anything wrong with the swing arm gap. Definately considering one to customize. Wide glide front and straight bars, mmmmmmmmmmmmm yummie.(jim carrie voice)

Got a e-mail from local stealership that the "Rocker" is now in...
I didn't even stop by there today.
If this unit spins someone's wheels enough to buy it, great; i wouldn't get one tho.

I have to agree, went the my local dealership to get some parts and they had a new rocker in. It's alright, but not all that, and at that price I'd rather by a fat bob or even a used duece and use the extra cash to custimize it the way I'd like it.
