Default Quick detach sissy bar

I have a quick detach tour pack for my 03 heritage and have ordered a quick detach sissy bar. Does anybody know if it will utilize the same docking hardware? The salesman at the stealer says no, but I expected that answer from him...

I have a quick detatch sissy bar and just bought a qd tourpack.
Used the same hardware.

Only 2 places for the fittings to go, so it has to work.

I think there is only one set of docking hardware available that mounts to the softail. When I looked it up for my 2003 Heritage, the tourpack and sisybar utilized the same hardware.

Thanks Rhubarb, that's what I was thinking. How could you even put two sets on, and you would think HD would have the forsite to solve this... But the bike is in storage and the kit is on order so I can't see if it will work.

I cannot imagine how the two units wouldn't match ... I suspect you should use a differentsalesman in the future
