Default RE: 150 rear tire on Heritage

I have a 2002 Heritage classic that i put 150 WWW on the rear. It went on really easy no problems at all.
The tire is very close to the left fender bolts which stick out about 1/4 inch. Soi removed the bolts one at a time an sawed them off so they were even with the top of the locking nut. This gave me plenty of room to the side
wall of the tire. I have a few thousand miles since i put the tires on and theres no sign of any rubbing.

I Had to remove the rear SE II muffler to get axle out. I tried to put in the axle on backwards so i wouldn't have to remove the mufflernext time. Butididn't have room for the socket and torque wrench to fit with the muffler on.So I'll have to remove the muffler every time i change the rear tire. What were they thinking?Maybe that's why i see so many people with the shorties.

The blue coating on the white walls came off easy with hot water and a scrubbing brush.

I have a 140 on the back of my 2000. It's close. Now . . . My wife has an 03 that came stock with the 150.
The rr fender on hers is wider (1/4" ?). The other diff is, hers has plates with studs on them that go in from the back
sides. More clearance in there. More than mine.
As far as driveability, I think the 140 rides nicer (than the 130 or the 150). It's the extended range tire than
comes stock on some of the touring models.
