Default Belt on the right hand side

I saw what looked like a softail rear fender but never realizes that the betl drive was on the right side. Did I miss something? This is new to me but didnt think about it before. What models have this setup?

Default RE: Belt on the right hand side

It either was a Sporty in disguise or an aftermarket bike.
