Default Chubby's 12.5"ers, Magnum Chromite II cables, homebrew signal relocation...Whatcha think

What do you think. I took it for a 60 mile shakedown run today, and couldn't stop smiling. Love the apes, it puts me in a very comfortable riding position

Thanks. Wanted to ride again today but the wind is blowing about 50mph down here on the Colorado Plains.

There is something about the Springer that almost demands apes. It looks awesome. I envy you. I wish wind was the only issue around here. It was -52C here (with windchill) on Monday (28 Jan), and has warmed up to a balmy -35 or so the last couple of days.

We have been back in the 20's and 30's again. We have been getting a couple days here and there that reach mid to high 50's, weve been lucky so far.

Lookin good. I replaced my stock bars with DS Buffalo's and the handle and control is much better. With the internal wiring and braded cables I never looked back.

I hear ya. They put me in a very comfortable riding position. Arms are right at shoulder height, maybe slightly below. Bike just seems to fit me alot better, plus I love the look of the apes.
