Default Rear Cylnder

Ok, question:

2002 FLSTF 16K miles on it. Rear cylinder pipe from behind at night is cherry red. Meaning, my bro in law is riding behind me and can look at the slipon, and he sees nothing but cherry red. Is this from the header pipe getting so hot it glows from the inside, or the baffle? I've also noticed that the slipon at the point of connecting with the header pipe is starting to turn a light brown. Not blue. Any ideas?

Doesn't seem to be running rough at all, so I don't think it's timing, but who knows....Gonna do a tranny and primary change tonight for a reg maint. checkup, but I will pull the plugs to see how they look.

Default RE: Rear Cylnder

Sounds like fuel mix to lean.Or just extremly thin pipe.
