RE: Springer front end
Stock height is measured off a standard wide glide. You're FLST is already 2" shorter at stock height. If you lowered it, you'll need to go even shorter to keep the bike level. The good springer builders will ask you measurements off your bike to build the correct set-up for you.

Correct me if I,m wrong, but,I think all the Softail frames are the same. Your bike just came lowered already from the factory. That being the case, a stock front end would be fine. It's the same as mine just with different hardware(fenders, front end etc.) Ive got my bike slammed like yours and everything is fine. I know a guy with a 2'under front end and his bike is lowered. It looks trick as **** ,but it scrapes everywhere he goes.

RE: Springer front end
I need to clarify myself, sorry. The FL springer and the FX springer are different lengths. Your bike being an FL coulduse a stock FL springer. If you have lowered the back, the front of the bike will sit a little higher with the stock FL springer frontend.
Frontends on motorcycles are measured off the wideglide stock length. A stock FL is 2" shorter than a "standard" frontend.
If you want your bike to sit level and you have lowered the back 2" already, you need to get a -4" "standard" springer.
Have I confused you yet??!!
