Default fatest rear for fatboy

aloha, have a stock rear end on my 1997 fatboy and was wondering what the easiest and cheapest way would be to get a fatter tire on the rear..what is the biggest i could go with-out any changes and any pictures would be great

Sorry I dont know what size you can go with using the stock rear end, but you'll have to spend some cash to go very big....if your going to spend it, go big the first time.....good luck,

I had mine done last year and put a 240 rear on. It is the Performance Machines wide tire kit. I love the way it looks and handles very nice. Not a big difference versus stock.

that looks awsome what all was involved and at what cost ? i found a 180 kit online that looked real easy and no welding or cutting annyone have one or know about it ? ty

I have a stock rim and wheel off my train i could sell ya in a couple monthes its a 200 and ive seen 200 fenders on ebay cheap too.You would have to look into it a little dont know if you would have to change your swingarm or not

Iffin' you want to go big, Heartland has their Two-Five-Oh kit.
Won't fit stock, comes with all the new goodies to be able to bolt on, and bolt out!
