Transmission drain plug location
Just bought another harley, this time a 2002 Heritage Softail. Can anyone please tell me where the drain plug for the transmission is located please? I am pretty sure they have moved it to a different location from my last harley. I cannot make sense of the drawing in my owners manual, just hard to tell where it is showing the location.
Thanks for any help!

Its underneath the bike between the shocks on the bottom of the transmission.

easy to tell, the one that goes to the rubber hose if the motor oil. That leaves only the trans plug.

yeah voyager1, no ****. You really got to pay attention when re-installing the plug. Always paranoid about stripping the plug because you can;t get a real good feel for it with your hands while you can;t see what your doing. tricky angle.. the plug doesn;t thread easy when getting started, so you don;t know if the threads are lined up.. Just be careful.

Use a thin wall socket cause its real tight on one side and btw it's worse on 07's and later
